I am working as an Assitant manager - HR with startup IT firm. I would like to take your valuable opinion as effective 2 Jan 2018 we have made some changes in our Employee Separation / Termination Policy.
Every employee has their APL with them which includes old separation policy, so now do i need to issue addendum with a new policy or writing in HR manual is sufficient.
