Hi Maya
You would have to be clear on why you would like to move to behavioral
training. Before joining an organization in this field it would help for you to have clarity. Foremost you need to be clear on why you would like to switch and what your contributions would be towards the org. Some of the points you could think over are : How your current experience would contribute towards the field you would like to switch to. What would be the experience and qualification you have and would would like to gain in that field. Certification program is a good thought to start with, but more its important to articulate why you would like to switch to BT and what would be your contribution to the org in that field. Your experience as a process trainer will give you some insights as to why.
Trust this helps

Hello Maya,
I am sure you have already pondered on the pointers mentioned by Rama above.
It is really a positive sign for your career graph that you have given a thought for your plan ahead in terms of adding skills related to training.
In fact a lot of people look towards behavioural training as the next stop after spending a couple of years in process trainings.
Although learning by experience is the best learning but it is often a time consuming process.
You can add certifications to your belt by enrolling for one.
Selection of the institute depends on several factors like Time,Budget etc.
You can also check the option of distance learning from ISTD Delhi.
You can also check other places like Dale carniege, City & Guilds UK or ASTD USA.
All the best.
