Hope every one doing great. i am working as a IT recruiter (US Staffing). recently i have attended an interview they asked me what is the difference between working with direct client& prime vendor(vendor)?. can you please provide me the best answer for this

hey man i am also an it recruiter (UK staffing) i can explain you dude , working with client means as below
1- the client tells you the requirement and you raise the same in records, then you start searching for cvs from within the copmany and outside the company to fulfill the role. then u send the cvs to client for review n then furhter
2- with prime vendor= in this case cleint ask you to raise a role and get him the people. You do not directly go to market for same, you have a vendor alligned for recruitment ans you ask the same to search. He provides you the cvs and they you provide the same to cleint for review
in tne second case you are a mediator kind
