Hi , this type of spoon feeding used to gather knowledge to the beginner , even some times the professionals are also have the chance to miss some points in provide the exact answer .they will know something when they are read and recall some quotes wen they go through the small small things , there is no boundary for learning , so providing the answer to the small quotes the beginner gets benefits , hw they knowing anything them self , "to know any thing something need to supportive " cant open the lock without key

If you can complete your studies with just providing you with necessary books right from basics to advance, then why don't you go through them and cross our schoolings and college studies.... why education in schools and colleges are mandatory... Doesn't it seems to be spoon feeding for you Riah!!!

There is nothing wrong for positive thinking people to share their views, help and assist others even in petty minor things and hand-holding. Again the same person doesn't ask for the same doubt, because he / she gets the solution and tastes the experience.... then where do we find the problem...

For some extent you are right.But many of the fresh HR's are benefited from this forum.For example,in my PG level, if i have a doubt, i use to refer this cite only. Many times referring from text books is not that much sufficient for us.Through text books we can get theoretical knowledge,but where we get practical knowledge?.At present i am looking for a job.For that i have to equip myself.So i am referring this cite regularly.If i get a job, i definitely inform to all the members in this cite.

knowledge human refers a lot of primary and secondary data. Again we cann't
expect expertise level from a fresher or from a student. so seniors are performing

Key to success is not about knowing the subject; but how you implement it. I do not think there is any harm is giving information. At the end of day performance depend how you execute things.

I accept that the threads and queries are answered in citehr.com, however you have to understand that I have seen many members who don't spoon feed and give them a way to find out the actual.
Again it is a human tendency that in case of an emergency or not, he/she need to get a solution, answer, comment, feedback, etc in a easy/fast way. Hope I have made my statement clear and that goes as a solution for your query.

I agree to all of you and understood your point still I would like to stick to my point.
I mean to say for example, I need to prepare a salary structure.
I now how to insert text in cell, i know how to change the background, I know how to change font, I know how to insert numbers etc. but I dont know how to create formulas.
So what I should do is prepare the basic what I know and ask for the relevant formulas which I need and apply on my own practically. This way I am enhancing my understanding of using the formulas practically.
This is what I am trying to make you guys understand.
