hi you will get for 9 years gratuity amount if any one may work more than 5 years in one organization, irrespective of location, employer is same or not i.e., is important

i had been working in a central govt organisation for 1 year 9 months on deputation .After that i returned to my parent concern .whther the organisation taken me on deputation to be liable to calculate my grativity & pay that amt to my parrent concern

Hope the parent concern is also a central govt. enterprise. If so, your deputation will be treated as service for the purpose of gratuity calculation. Also hope that the same Payment of Gratuity Act which applies to public sector undertakings only is applicable to your establishment. Otherwise you may have to refer the gratuity rules applicable to government employees.
