hello all
our factory in daman and i have to work out on the leave policies and pay roll systems. how to make salary calculations and no Pf is given so wt to do for the betterment of the employees and company. for ur not i m fresher to that
at the same time rules and regulation for the company. i will be obliged if neone can help me

Dear Member,
There are lot of articles on the leave policies in this forum. regarding the PF, If you have 10 or more employees with the aid of Power / 20 or more employees with out the aid of the power, then it is mandatory to put forward to your Management to enroll for PF. Its mainly based on what sectors how you project your employees. Permanent / Trainees etc.
Policy Making varies from company to company, the policy formulation should be mainly based on the nature of the company, Annual budgeted amount for the HR dept etc.
Without the knowledge of the Labor laws, its very much difficult to create the HR Policy. hence kindly go through the same for the further process.
