I am working as an HR Executive in a college, the task is assigned to me develop the Personality of the MBA students.
i have showed them the various presentations on personality but i want some practical things need to be done to sharpen their personality.
please help me out for it...

1. Grooming. Their manner of dressing, personal grooming, manners, posture etc.
2. Etiquettes You can show them how to use the fork and spoon and the manner of conduct at a formal sit down lunch or dinner
3. Introductions and interactions. How to introduce ones self, the style of greeting and shaking hands, introducing others to third parties etc.
4. Communication etiquette including email and telephone etiquette
