i have done mba in hr.. and got the job as a hr manager in garment firm...
so as i m fresher i dnt what to do for the orgnistaion.. or what are the duties cn any body suggest me?????????

Frame Policies, Rules and Regulation
Strict Attendance Monitor
Build contact for candidate search,
Screening
Shortlisting (after telephonic or initial basic interview)
Finalising
Recruiting
Offer Letter
Appointment Letter
I Cards (Temporaray & Permannet)
Transfer Letter
Promotion Letter
Increament Letter
Appreciation Letter
Rewards
Termination Letter
Complainces - PF, ESI, PT, MLWF, Bonus,Leaves,Medicaliams, Policies
etc
Organise - events, games, celebrations which enhance team building etc.

yes yes definately, u have to be like a friend, boss, teacher etc. pyar se kehne se toh jaanwar bhi samajhte hai, we have to deal with human beings.

If you are a HR professional...then yes a lot...basically you need to understand the emotional needs of the people and helps you out in building interpersonal relationships with them

Human Resources - The very nature of the profile is CONNECTING with people. When it involves human nature, emotions are bound to be involved.
While you need to do focus objectively, you need to proceed with a sense of compassion and empathy when so required.
Don't expect people to thank you. Carry on with your functions with humbleness. Never be angry. Anger only cultivates Hate & finally it is important how you respond.
RESPOND - Pause, clarify and reply...that is a Response. An Impulsive reply or action (without thinking) is a REACTION AND NOT A RESPOSE.
These a few Gems I have learnt. Practice them in your personal and work culture. You cannot go wrong.

I believe as a fresher your first priority is to understand the people there their basic knowledge and work culture their way of doing work then u start with all hr activities abt their job profile and job description
