Performance appraisal by objective is the most popular method of perfornace appraisal.
The organisation sets objectives on different levels cascaded to employees and evaluate employees against them. This method is also an easy way to identify training needs of indivudulas in our organisation.

pa is a most valuable activity in our field. by it u know about ur employee very well. it's one type of xerox copy of ur employee performance, behaviour, knowledge, ability, etc. if from some employee performance is high in your company so that u can think abt them for multi training and improve them skill so that they can helpful to company when some employee absence
