Hi Can any one tell me what are the responsibilites of the consultant for ESI and PF. what is the role of the employer.

Employer has to pay him his charges against his services and has to provide all the data base required for his work, and consult him before taking any legal consideration.
Duties of consultant are as follows
making a wages register
making challans and 12 A for PF
making challans for ESi
filling returns on time for both
Taking declaration (PF & ESI) forms from employer and submitting to respected offices.
Giving updation on any changes happening in PF, ESI, PT, Minimum wages etc.
Co ordinating with PF ESI auhorities for any correspondance requireed by employer.

4. Submit all eligible employees’ personal and family details on ESI website and register them for various benefits under ESI Scheme.

11. Coordinate with ESI authorities for better benefits to the employees covered under ESI Scheme.

12. Coordinate accident matters, other legal matters and represent the clients to ESI authorities.

13. Ensure timely compliance and smooth working of the clients with ownership concept.

10. Ensure timely compliances and smooth working of the clients with ownership concept.

11. Educate and update the clients with various developments and amendments by providing transparent support.
