This presentation after changing theme from HR to Sales and vice versa floating on the site for long time. I could not digest why we all are wasting our strength for making to who is great. We all are working in an organisation where all employees are having their own responsibilities and are important equally.
Even an unskilled employee is as much important as a senior employee. We shall not under estimate the importance of any one else.
