I have written you earlier also but no response. I have recently done my MBA (HR) DDE & working as Office Executive from last 3 years in an Organisation. I want to make my carrer in HR but due to lack of expereince in HR, not able to get a job. guys please help me out. I want to switch.
I am ready to work on less package also. Is there any procedure if any organisation accept me as a trainee.

How are you? Dont lose hope yaar...and in answer of your question you need to learn HR functions and what is HR first and then try to implement bcz as you have no experience and also working in other field, you need knowledge ...strong knowledge about HR and their area of functions like Payroll/Salary-Wages, ESIC & EPF, Bonus and so on...
You can start with a research on HR function and also you can learn thru the several HR sites...
