Dear Sir/ Madam, can anybody guide me on weekly/ monthly work report for employees? is there any format like tool to measure their achievement/ failure on a weekly/ monthly basis?

if u want to maintain employees work report so u can easily maintain in MS. ACCESS, you just help with your EDP dept. You will make one database and daily entered their works and at the end of week/month you will get employee by employee work-sheet

Most HR people start with worker Welfare and end up with their Farewell. Just be the side of the worker and be diplomat with the employer. Always remember that the profits earned by the employer and the salary you get is all because of the works. Keep the worker happy as well as motivated. You will succeed.
