Hello friends,
This is indhu from coimbatore.
First i should thank all members in citeHR.I am MSW(HR) candidate 2009 pass-out.While i am studying i was very ambitious and i always believe that after finished my course soon, i will get job.But unfortunately not............Even though i am having good percentage (71%) i couldn't get job.So my level of confidence is slightly come down.Later i realized my mistakes.Yes, i am having good academic percentage,But what are the skills expected by the higher official, i don't have. When i realized my mistake from that point of time i started working for that.Even though i am one of the member of citeHR from 2007,i not even sent the single query. Now i download all the necessary material from this cite, and made me suitable person in my dream field HR. I hope soon i will get job, that time i definitely to you people.
So i should thank all the members who share their knowledge with me........
THANK YOU FRIENDS
Regards,
indhu...........

Dear Mr. Gopi & Ms. Indhu,
I am basically Coimbatorian, and now working in Oman. Compared to chennai, coimbatore got less opportunities, but there are so many MNC and major industries in Coimbatore.
Indhu- Be confident, Change your strategy/approach., Think differently to get the attention of the HR people.

Thank you friends for your support & care. And i would like to clarify certain things with you..........
1.Few of our friends told me to come chennai..........
Ans: Friends, i worked as a counselor for 6 months in a psychiatric set up.Apart from that i dont have any experience in HR field. If i got a job in chennai, how much they suppose to pay? minimum 8k.In that 8k i have to take care all my needs. And more over i hav to take care of my family needs too.You know friends the cost of living in chennai is too high.Is it possible, within the 8k...............
If the company pay handsome salary,i definitely come to chennai
2.Few of our friends ask me to do higher study..........
Ans: You are right friends.I also like to do higher studies. At present my financial position is not sound enough (I dont like to explain it).But later i definitely do.
