My name is Ashok Saroj, i am working with international BPO. When i joined the company i was recruited as a Sr CRE and after 1yr & 5 months i was promoted as a Team coach. Now it has been 7 months for me working as team coach with the same company. Kindly suggest me format of experiance letter for the same

Dear Mr. Ashok..

here are a few steps

- Make the employee make a formal application seeking an experience certificate. Ask him/her to state the purpose of seeking it

- If the employee is seeking for a particular purpose like applying for higher qualification, etc., ask him/her to provide a standard format if prescribed by such an Institution. Evaluate if the format complies with your Company policy. If not, go by your own format which can be closer to the requirement of the standard format provided by the employee without compromising on your Company's policies.

- The Certificate should generally be addressed to "TO WHOMSOEVER THIS MAY CONCERN" and should state the Full Name of the employee, his/her tenure (period of service), current designation and brief narration of functions performed. Essentially the Certificate should also state the purpose for which it is issued. The Certificate should be signed by an authorized person and bear his/her name & designation and date of issue.

Make sure that you obtain the signature of the employee on a photocopy of the Certicate and file the copy in a designated file from which it can be easily retreaved.
