Dear Rajesh,
Resignation does not dis entitle any employee from getting bonus from the employer & therefore take the help of your area labour office for this matter.

Dear Rajesh,
If you are covered by Bonus Act, i.e monthly salary is below Rs. 10,000/-; then you are eligible for bonus for the year 2009-10.
From your writing it is learnt that in the financial year 2010-11, you have worked upto June 30th. Those who have 30 days attendance, are eligible to get bonus in that financial year subject to attendance (prorata basis). Means if you have 3 months attendance in 2010-11, you are eligible to get 1/4 th of bonus; that your colleagues get for the full year in 2010-11 also.

Hi
Your employer is right. You can not withdraw your PF. PF withdrawal form can reach PF office only after 60 days of leaving the job. In your case you are considered as rejoinee, were you can continue your previous PF account No.
2nd view when employee is working he cannot apply for PF withdrawal.

dear rajesh srinivas
yoy know the cpmpany has to pay the bonus for the last year which you have worked from april to march for any preceding year, the rule says that when an employee has worked for just more than 30 days has to be given the bonus ,ask them once again or else you can consult the lawyer to settle this issue only if you have not signed any settlement vouchers like ..i have recieved all the benefits payable to me from the company ,,,,,,,,,,

dear rajesh
its not compulsory to continue with the same number every employer will be given with form 10 c and 19 once it gets settled then the employer has to avail another new number to allot you .there is no odd rule to the words said by them
