Hey Ujwalla, better to apply for new jobs because its not good to waste you time there... Also i wud suggest you to check with your recruiter while interview that what are the responsibilities you are going to play....See this is very important because its a question of your please get a good option and change it as early as possible..
Thank you friend for your suggestions, I m already doing DLL, I will try to act on that, If possible can u pl. tell me, what preparation to be done regarding IT recruitment actually I m working with manufacturing comp since 3 years. Now I want to experience with IT industry.

Hello, Ujwala,
From the posted message, it shows that your english needs improvement. Make maximum Use of ur available time to improve your Communication as well as english Vocabulary. Read as much as possible.

Hello Ujwala,

Can you elaborate the reasons why you want to get into IT recruitment?

Coming to your query, why not put it across to your Director that the additional work he gave you [tracking shipments] also isn't keeping you busy. Ask for other roles too.

Now pl don't think I am talking philosophy--but nothing happens without a reason-even if we don't understand when we are passing thru that phase. Only later would we realise the connection, and in many cases it would be too late to make course-corrections.

Why don't you look @ your situation this way: maybe you are getting opportunities to mould yourself into a more Generalistic Manager--with exposure/exp in many roles/areas? I would suggest you to ask your Director to give you more areas that can keep you busy--& maybe subtly hint those that you feel will be interesting to you? based on what you mentioned, I think he could be more attentive to your preferences--only ensure you don't step on others' toes [there could be others who may feel jealous].

In a way, you will need to follow what others on this Forum have suggested--read or do courses. Except that the reason for those activities will be different--now you would be doing for your survival in the new roles. Human nature is such that without any exams, most people can never get themselves to study/read--such activities need some goal.

Please help me!!!
My company has been showing the gratuity in my CTC. It is been shown in the CTC in the employers part. Is the co. eligible to show the gratuity even if i have completed only 3 years with the co. Is the CTC structure legal as per the co. act as they are showing many things like bonus and also loyalty bonus in the CTC.
