Dear all, I want to know the organisation chart in a software company with the strength of 80 employees.could you please provide your valuable suggestions on the same.

it depends on the forms of the organaisation ...the organsation can be extremely flat or have functional or matrix structure...
typicall small firms have this flow ....
CEO - CIO -CTO -CFO
Vice Presidents for all functions like
HR, Finance& Accounts, Sales operations, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & TQM.
the GM ,Sr mgrs, mgr, PM for each function follow accordingly ... All VP's report to CEO directly in Small firms with a size not more than 300 employees.
