Can anyone help me in getting the abstracts of PF ESIC & Minimum Wages Act which we need to display on board (HR Dept) under statutary Compliances in organisation.
Please if have provide me we have Audit in next wk.

The abstracts of ESI and pf need not be displayed in the notice board. Instead the abstracts of SHOPACt/Factories Act, Min wages act,gratuity act are to be displayed as they are instructed to do so by Labour Inspectorate officials.

ESIC & EPF has nothing to do with fixation/revision of minimum wages. These are declared/ notify by the apppropriate Govt. for employees working in different schedule employment under Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

Can you plz tell me that what benefit can be claim from PF AND ESIC after death of employee?
Can his nominee avail pf and esic benefit after employee death , if their contribution was not submited on regular basis?
plz suggest me.... its urgent.
