Hai,
Salary expection of yours cannot be judge by others. It depends on you. How you are confident on yourself. Salary should be demanded based on your competence not be begged. Hope you got the point.

Hi Tamanna, dont mind but you have to improve your english communication/skill first as you are currently working as HR Generalist which is very important. A HR person must have his good command over speaking and written english and also this core area expect the same as HR is the base of an organization.

Second, as you wanna change your job, i would like to suggest you to not to change your job at this moment. You have to wait for some more time and need to learn alot. as you have just started your career as HR Generalist and one year experience is not enough my dear.

Also this change will impact negative on your profile and you have to answer to recruiters/ new employer that why you are opt for this change and they'll get that you are not going to work for long for any organization.

With one year experience, as you have mentioned there that you are getting 8K PM currently, you can ask for 10-12k if you have strong knowledge and skill of your area of function and very efficient with your work. If you have strong analytical skill, you can ask them for 10-12K but have to demonstrate the same first.

Best of Luck
