Thanks Mr Nashbramhall Sir for your concern.
I am a Post Grad in Business Mgt in HR & Mktng(2 yrs full time)..i worked for near about 1 year in Sales and because i like HR, i changed to HR of now i have around 4 months exp in HR.
The organisation has a vast presence in overseas market also it operates in is into retail..yes turnover is quite high..and decision making is very centralised..i am Trainee HR.Employees are mostly scattered as far as sales is concerned.

Is there any law which restrict on calculation of exgartia of the ex-employee. Generally it is heard that once the employee has resigned from an organisation, than employer is not bound to pay any ex-gartia to it's previous employee. Please advise me.

Hope you company is currently executing its 1st phase of change management.
Put more emphasize on communication and make people understand HR is to help them ad make the fear out of them to be ersaed.
pls read articles on Change Management and read more case studies on change management.

For work flow u simply need to understand & might be u need to prepare hierarchy of your organization. It will help you how that how the things initiate & at which level of organization. Its a time consuming process but once prepared,,it will help a lot in future. u can say u will come knw which level of org perform what kind of work,,which task is on priority basis & which vacant position company cant bear.
Feel free to ask further
Take care

To answer to your queries...
1.Almost 11 months, 6 months as trainee and rest as HR officer, basically involved in preparing offer letters, Induction Manual, Handling grievances, some recruitment. However these disciplines are not carried in a standard manner and no Standard Operating Procedure in this regard.
2.I am a Post Grad in Business Mgt with specialisation in HR.
3.Its a small organisation with around 300 employees.Mainly into retail business.
4.Employees are scattered across the country.
5.Control is absolutely centralised.
6.Not very high turnover.
Best Regards

Anjana JHA,
HR Policy is good. But are in the minimum lebel. Further Sexual Harrasement Policy is wrongly drafted. it's redressal committee should consist of a female head , a local ngo person and detail complaint lodging procedure.

Its dikpalak again
So many senior forum members and nobody to help me with the required docs
