Please help me in Gratutity calculation, who is eligible for gratuity means any salary limit for that. if one employee complete his 6 years in xyz company and he taken his gratuity and left this organization. the same employee join ABC company so he also eligible for gratuity in ABC company or not.

gratuity calculation: for ex: basic=3000 no.of.years service=10 years =3000*15/26 =1730 =1730*10 years=17300 this should not cross more than 1000000
