Dear Mohini,
You have to formulate the problem and objectives based on the following points.
Where is the gap in the knowledge bank? That is an area that is not adequately researched and published.
What area you really feeel passsionate about?
An area that you can get a supervisor interested in.
An area where you can get access to do primary research.

Dear Mohini,
I have little experience in HR i.e of around 2 yrs. But from last 6 months we are trying to implement this concept. According to my experience we felt need for this because their was large gap between employee qualification and employee handling particular job. due to this their was dissatisfaction among employees and moreover it hampered particular job too. one thing more if we have cm charts designation wise then it will help in hiring right person for right job.
Thanks
Himali
