Hi, dolly
The induction presentation should be really good, its the first impression which HR dept can give. This presentation should contain brief about company (what the company is into, mission & vision statement, management), then include HR policies what company has in a crisp format as you need to explain them while showing the presentation. You can also explain statutory components as well. Just remember the presentation should have company logo to make it more authentic. You can also include few HR activities like employee engagement activities or fun activities which HR does. While giving presentation, just remember to make it interactive while giving few examples..answering queries if the employee raises.
I hope this information would help you.

Ayesha

Dear Dolly,
In addition to the points mentioned, would suggest you also include
1) Organizational achievements etc, that would make the employee feel proud to belong to this company; this will also help you state performance expectations
2) Culture of the organization
3) How they should proceed in case of any issues they may face - work related or personal, such as leave, who is the first point of contact etc.
4) Depending on nature of work, also include basics of customer relationship mgmt.
Hope you find these useful! Wish you the very best,
Warm Regards,
