Thanks for sharing the write ups.
I believe the fundamentals of IR practice are virtually similar.
There could however be some little variations to suit culture and beliefs of individual nations.

really good.Within a very short span,for recapitulation of Laws & related Ideas,it shall definitely help us.But it would have been better to add case laws instead of some very common items presented here.

Nice Presentation Nidhi you have prepared. But you could have made it with some background pictures and some colour shades, which will make more attractive and by seeing the colours and pictures the students will be having more involvement in learning the subject also.

Nice Educative PPTs.. Being HR consultants and lecturer I have some suggestions. Elaborate definition of term Industry by citing judgement of SC in case of K Rajappa V/s Banglore Water Supply & Sewage Board. Also Unfair Labour Practices in the Act, Matters within the jurisdiction of works Committee, Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal and the important provision of State Act for practical purpose.Hope my suggestions will help you a lot.

Sir, I m in MNC, we are paying Rs.3500/- every year as LTC amount, now they asking for revision, our settlement is till 2014 with one union and same workers has joined new union and came with this demand...please help what to do. We refused the demand NOT accepted. Can they go for Strike ?..
