Dear Sachin, Mr. Khola Provide you Prescribed Formate of Equal Remuneration Register. You can purchase same from any Book Shops.
Thank you Mr Khola, this really helps. However one more query, should this form D be submitted on yearly basis or monthly? If yearly, is it calendar year or accounting year?
Thanks in advance again

Dear Sachin,
This is to inform you that form 'D' is not to be submitted anywhere. We are only required to maintain this just like other registers. In my opinion we should update this register as and when there happens to be a change in the particulars as shown in the register.
Opinion submitted as requested.

Dear Khola Sir, Kindly guide me whether ER Act is applicable to the Private Bank & Insurance Company. Regards Rajinder H

This register in Form "D' is required to be maintain under Equal Remuneration Act & Rules & not under Delhi Shops Act. I do not know whether Delhi Govt. have issued any exemption notification.
