Hi in my offer letter written that i could purchase the notice period. but in the new letter they stated that there is url and we have to follow term and condition from here. this is right way because they could change the wording on url anytime. please advise.

Hello experts i am working in software company in gujarat. i have signed nda at the time of joining which mention that the the for of 6 from in case of any the has to the of the will be from the full and here it is not clearly mentioned that 6 months of duration after salary revision is including/excluding notice period. as i have resigned within 6 months after salary revision and i have to serve 2 months of notice period. including 2 months of notice period i am leaving the company after 6 months of salary revision. now hr is telling me that company will not pay leave encashment as you have breach the nda. company has rights to change rules of leave encashment anytime. so we will not pay you leave encashment. according to me i am not breaching the nda. as i am leaving the company after 6 months of salary revision. please provide me your valuable inputs on it. so my query is can company stop or restrict the leave encashment? has company such rights to change rules of leave encashment anytime? kindly suggest.
Notice period
One of my friends was working in a private organization for more than 5 years. when he joined the organization as per the terms and conditions of the appointment letter he was to serve a notice period on one month. then there was a change in policy which changed the notice period to 3 months intimated through mail and if an individual fails to serve the 3 month notice period he will be treated as an absconder and will be terminated from the services. my friend did serve the notice period of one month as per the terms and conditions of his appointment letter and joined another organization but when he demanded his reliving letter from his last organization the organization refused it stating that it is company policy to serve a notice of 3 months which my friend failed to serve hence he will be declared as an absconder. i know that private companies can anytime change its policies but these one sided policies are just against an individuals right. what can be done next... as my friend wants his reliving letter which is his right and does not want to termed as absonder as he did serve a proper notice and did not run away or in any manner cheated his organization.

Hi friends i am working in a software company from past 2 years. i have initiated my resignation for some reason. if company relive me in the notice period itself is company will give my notice period salary. in my offer letter it is geven as the employment with the company is subject to termination on two months prior notice by either side the company reserves the right to at its sole discretion substitute the notice period by paying you salary in lie of the notice period. some of my collegues are saying that company may change the policy and terminate without giving the notice period salary because of current market situation. is it can happen so.. please suggest and guide how i can defend myself.

Options for not serving full notice period
Hi i joined a company just a week before. but i received an offer from another company now and i am really want to accept it. i informed hr in my current company but according to clause i was informed i have to pay amount equal to full month notice period. i asked for serving 15 days notice period and pay remaining amount but they are not agreeing. i have not informed the new company about my joining this organization yet. how do i solve this situation with taking minimum financial damage ? specifically can i terminate notice period anytime while serving notice with paying required amount? hr at current company says no and given me only two options. either pay full amount or serve complete notice period. what should i do ? thanks
