Hi, Kindly give me some ideas to conduct a team outing, this for my new team that I’m going to take over so that I can mingle with them. thanks Praveen P

Hi Praveen,

You can take them for a adventure sports camp such as AIZone, Z-bac etc.
Also can take them for a paintball or laser tag game.

You can begin with

1) A good icebreaker such as two truths and one lie(a person has to narrate three incidents in his/her life, one of them is made up, they have to be as good actors as they can be, the rest have to figure what is a lie)

2) Do some getting to know each other activities such as form groups an draw a huge collage, use old magazine/newspapers etc that depicts thier past, ambitions, hobbies, education, background, etc

3) You can conduct team activities such as building a straw bridge/tower, build the highest newspaper tower, create a cocoon for an egg so that if thrown from a set height it will not break (use materials such as newspaper, twine, balloons, rubber bands)
