I am working in HR firm, i have faced many IT corporates interviews.
I found the most frequently asked question is
How to reduce the dropouts ratio or increase the joing ratio
can any body let me know what should i need to tell to the interviewer.

Increasing the number of joinee is every recruiter's dream. But then No-show are a must part of the process till you take certain precautions. The first point is identifying the candidates who are 'shopping' for offers. They would be eager to make a closure , but will not give any date of joining and take unending time to complete the relieving with the existing employers.
