If the fresher has gone for an interview. He wish to join the organisation at any cost and so he is saying "yes to yes" with any kind of condition and questions, whether positive or negetive. But if after 2 or 3 months if that person got some higher salary job he will switch over to that job. so in order to indentify his behavior at the time of interview what we can be done? So that whether person will be going to remain in organisation or not can be known exactly ?
Thank you, waiting for your reply.

Dear Sonal,

This problem happen when you conduct the traditional interview. Of late behavioural interviews have taken place of traditional interviews. In the latter, it is just impossible for a candidate to tell lies.

I conduct the interview on Behavioural Interviewing. Just last Saturday I had conducted this training programme for one major manufacturing set up of Bangalore. Their MD was sitting all through the training session. At the end of the session, he humbly accepted that he should have taken this training much earlier.

If you wish, I can conduct the same training for the managers and other key staffs of your company. Earlier I have conducted the public workshops of this training module.

To make you aware of my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this post. It would be my pleasure to conduct the training for your company staffs.

Thanks,
