dear all ,
please help me to implement new policies in orgnization like Thumb punching system , creat a/c of all employees in nationalize banks for direct deposite there salary in accounts , siren system rather than bell , Already i speak to my management but they they didnt show intrest and ask me for proposals & benefits from the new implementation. please give me smart proposal & benefits to impress them & implement the policies.

Its good that you wanna make these changes in your organization but dear you have to get budget approval before going this ...You need to make a plan/presentation and put forward to them and let them make their decision YES or NO

If you are in a small organization then i dont think you need to initiate to make theses changes. There is no need but you can put yourself to your bosses that you wanna create a system and let them say yes! Untill then you need to wait bcz the biggest problem what you will going to face is "APPROVAL OF BUDGET" to make these changes/system

Attendance Punching System: Instead of making attendance registers by hand, this system will help your personnel to make their work easy and fast and also will create a system and maintain a record of leaves/OD and others This will give your organization a quality system and will help alot to make your employee salary/wages.

And also this will help by manyway to make your EPF and ESIC return and maintenance of employee data on a single mode.

Benefits of Employee a/c in Bank: This will help you to provide better banking services to your employees and also to your accounts deptt to transfer the salary/wages direct into accounts of employees without taking salary distribution procedure and also this will save the time of personnel.

Siren System will make you aware of any hazardous and give a easiness and safety unto your employees and encourage your employees...

There are lot more benefits of these but you have to make a search and uses of these and as i have mentioned in the beginning, just make a plan and introduce to your management.

Just do your duty and let them decided what they want because they are the authority dear without their consent you cant do anything...
