Need urgent help on leave calculation
Dear my seniors please help me on the following issue. our company have leaves of casual and medical leaves. casual leave 10/year medical leave 12/year 1/month in this regard i want to know the calculation of total number of casual and medical leave availed for an employee who start from the month of march. is there any formula available to calculate leaves on pro rata basis. please guide me on this regard. its urgent soju

Dear sir/mam i am ravi arora currently working with pvt life insurance co. and i am a confirmed employee of the company. last month i got injured and still i am on medical leave. i already takes around 6 weeks medical leaves and i confirmed from hr that i can avail my total leaves as medical leaves. still i am not comfortable to join and 30 carry forward leaves are still pending. my employer force me to join immidiately and called me many times but still i am not ok due to my injury. plz suggest in this case what should i do. i also marked the mail with doctor medical certificates and doctor prescription. is there my employer can takes any action against me?? plz suggest all consequensis in this case. regards ravi arora

Lta and medical allowance not payable if employee leaves before 1 year ?
Hi everyone my employers say that i am not eligible for lta and medical allowance if i leave a company before 1 year ? when i leave the company i will have completed 6 months 10 days. should i not be eligible for lta and medical on a prorata basis ? my offer letter stated lta and medical allowance as a part of my ctc. what are the sections which i should cite to my employer to confirm that i am entitled to edical and where can i appeal if they don t agree ? please reply. thanks and regards sharad
Is it possible that employee can take all of his/her medical leave in the month?
Hellow everybody. i have a query regarding medical leave . if an employee has joined the company in the month of june than that employee is left with 9 medical leave because from april to march we have 12 medical leave. my query is it possible that employee can take all of his/her medical leave in the month of jan 2014. should all these leave considered as paid leave?

Hi.. its really simple..but i need help. i had taken leave for almost 2 weeks..due to chicken pox..n sent an email..to the org abt it. they acceptd n cut my salary also.. i hv 4 medical leaves .. whch hasnt been paid. my employer told me to apply again with med certificate...so consideration will given for medical leaves.. can any kind hearted soul help me regarding ths>? i need the format.. its urgent. thank u :roll:
