I Hope that may be following format will give guidelines. In case of queries, kindly revert back.

(Designation of person)

(His current location)

Dear Sir,

As per Management directives, your services are being transferred w.e.f. 1st April 2007.

Your new place of posting is “_________ Branch”.

Your new employee code will be ”(if it is going to change)”.

You will report to Mr. (Name of reporting authority) for day to day work.

You will get Rs. _______/- p.m. as “City Compensatory Allowance” (CCA) for (Name of branch) BRANCH. In case of your transfer to any other Branch where CCA is not applicable, then your CCA will get discontinued.

(Make changes in this above clause as per your reules and regulations)

You will not be entitled to any other benefits, other than as mentioned in your appointment letter issued to you.

Company's, other rules and regulations, applicable to you remain unchanged.
