dear all,
what will be the working for pf contribution as per the act if a company is going to complete the desired nos.(20) for coverage in the middle of month.
For example:-
in april 2
in may 4
in jun 20 (15th june)
do we calculate the PF contribution on full month basis or it only for 16 days working?
In other words for above 4 employees one has to give two types of salary (one is without pF or one is with pF deduction)
Pls do the needful on TOP URGENT BASIS.
