I would like to introduce PMS in my org. can somebody please suggest how to take it forward and would like to know what are the steps involved.

Hi Dinesh,
Thank you for your reply. My company (being small) is not looking for any consultants at the moment. They expect HR Manager to initiate this. hence I thought of getting some inputs from experienced professionals through cite hr.

To design a performance appraisal system some points are very common related to concepts of PA. These points you may get from any site. Secondly & most important are the points related with your company like strength of employees, Job descriptions, key qualities matters to company. Only having a in-depth understanding of such points you can design an effective pms for company. Now what type of help would you require please tell me.
