Dear professionals i am working in a manufacturing unitpvt ltd co50 employees working as an hr executive. my problem is an employee is not doing his work properly. so i gave him a small counselling and after that he told that he will do his responsibilities without any fail. but the same problem continues and i am getting complaints from almost all employees about him. after that i scolded him and now he is threatening me that if you can terminate me. he is always getting some advices from advocates and some chotta political leaders. because of their support only he is threatening me. he is working in our dispatch section and almost he is sitting idle. actually his designation is equal to a peon. but if we asked to something he is telling that he is not our peon. his job timing is from 10 to 6.30. he is reaching almost at 10.20. i want to him. can pls help me how and i can
Company not paying salaries
To respected sirs i am working with a proprietorship firm which situated in bangalore karnataka. i joined on 22nd april 2013 as a sales officer. they discontinue paying my salaries and other allowances from the 1st month of joining. after lot of conversation they promise to pay time to time from oct 2013 but still now they have not cleared dues. now when i ask them about my dues they say they are not going to pay anything because i am non performer in sales and also threatening that they already terminated me on oct 2013 even they didn t talk or given any termination letter by written or oral. they are paying salaries up to september 2013 and other allowances like ta mobile allowance internet allowance etc up to may 2013. so now my dues from company from oct 2013 to till date for salary and from june 2013 to till date for other allowances. they are harassing me by not paying and threatening me. my questions are 1> can any employer didn t pay due to non performance in sales when employer not providing any support or not mention this terms in appointment letter? 2> can any employer terminate me without clear my dues and notice due to non performance? 3> can any employer terminate me on back dated?
Threat of termination - is it possible to terminate an employee if he is taking medical leaves?
I m working in a bpo in delhi/ncr. im a married family man. we are not well since 34 days i have shown the medical papers as well but still my company threatening to terminate me. my manager is behaving cruel and not understanding the problem. pl suggest is it possible to terminate a employee if he is taking medical leaves. whom should i approach in this case.
Diagnosed with dengue - hr is threatening him that they can fire/terminate him
One of my friend got diagnosed with dengue before perhaps 1.5 month and came back to work after 10 days and he was working for 34 days and again diagnosed with malaria so this time he decided not to come back until he fell well & it s took him 1 month. he submitted all the medical report for first 10 days leave when he got diagnosed with dengue. but the second time he admitted into government hospital so doctor gave him only 5 days rest certificate. this time he took leave for 1 month but he has medical proof only for 15 days. he don t have anything for another 15 days. hr asked to make fake report and submit but he don t want to cheat them. hr is threatening him that they can fire/terminate him. is it legal this type of situation for hr or employer? is there any law that help him?

I am working almost 1 year here. i m hard working client appreciation i got.hencei got good feedback during my appraisal. and i ve recently received appraisal letter . and now my project management has started to talk around me....threatening me indirectly that they ll terminate me soon and won t provide me releaving letter also. i m married woman and have family. my questions goes like below: q.after 1 year workafter receiving good ratingexcellent feedbackappraisal letter and hike related letter can my employer terminate me by giving the cause like that during my joining before 1 year ago i provided fake project experience? prior to my current organization i worked sufficient time in a very reputed global big brand... my project management is about to claim it that i ve cheated the organization and according to them they ve done deep thorough investigation about me and they ll come to me with strong evidence soon to terminate me out of the organization.
Immediate termination of employee
Dear seniors please reply that how to terminate employee immediately ? my boss is asking me to terminate one employee immediately who has sent abusing words by mail to other employee but in appointment letter there is no any clause regarding immediate termination. i don t have any idea about his f&f and termination letter please put your view on this matter waiting for your reply. regards raju makwana
