Thanks for sharing a nice book. Just to capture the essence of the book: it is necessary to strike the right note with the difficult employee, thereby reducing the negative attitude. To be kind, to appreciate, to think from his or her point of view, so that antagonism to the boss is reduced or minimized. Once this is accomplished, it is easy to communicate and get things done. Sometimes, an employee's behaviour or attitude may irritate the boss. How to navigate from such a turbulent situation and not loose the equilibrium, is well brought out in this book
A nice contribution of the authors Dr Rick Brinkman and Dr Rick Kirschner and the valuable member of CiteHR for sharing the ebook
