We are currently recruiting Human resources for IT companies across India.
I’m planning to start up Non-IT recruitments for Indian companies. Would you please suggest e with the Non-IT segment which has highest rate of attrition and huge requirements other than BPO and KPO?
I think Healthcare is one of it, what’s your opinion?
