I have got a job in the area of international cooperation. I have been apointed at a new division in charge of resource mobilization to fund development activities. My duties include resource mobilization to strengthen the financing mechanisms for scholarships targeting students from the developing countries. I might need to develop my fundraising, diplomatic and negotiation skills for this position.
Could you please help me with information on how to organize my job, and what training and additional skills do I require to be performant? I would be grateful if you could also provide me with information about some funding sources for scholarships for african students.

I would like you to help me designing a tool to make a follow up in my work. I serve as a Programme Advisor for two regions: Africa and Europe. I provide technical assistance to countries in these regions in the area of reproductive health. It is not easy for me to plan my work with all these countries in an objective basis My priority is to work with those that request frequently my technical assistance and I realize that regularly forget those who do not ask for technical assistance. The ideal would be to make a follow up on the work in all these country on a regular basis.
I would be grateful if you could help me developing/adapting a tool that will help me making an effective follow up of the work done in each country. This could serve as mas of the regions where I work with specific alerts on what to do at which time.
