In my company employee strength 20 crossed in year 2010 but that time company didn't enroll in EPFO.
they received notice from PF regarding establishment code and pendency.
After that company paid complete amount in one stretch by cheque and form 6A hard copy.
The amount is deducted from our account but till date amount not credited in employees account.
While we visit the PF office they demand for FORM 3A, 6A and Remittance sheet as per rule in yr 2011 (for the period of Jan'2010 to Feb'11) in CD.
We have prepared the form 3A, 6A but how to convert it in txt. file (if i convert as per ECR format that format is not correct.)
Could pls advise me what is the correct txt. format for form 3A,6A and which Remittance sheet to submit in EPFO office.
