Dear all,
for claiming PF & EPS, there is no age limit. before filling the form 19 & 10C kindly ensure him if he has continuously accumulate the pf fund for more than 10 yrs i.e. he may carry forward the earlier account with your co. if he continuously having the account he could not withdraw EPS fund.
Regarding gratuity, an employee who continuously worked in an organisation for 4 yrs 8 months & 18 days is eligible for gratuity. In case of termination or death while in service, gratuity is applicable for the yrs served without any ceiling.
Hope it is clear,

you are eligible to withdraw P.F. but you have the necessity where you are working earlier.
You are eligible for withdrawal of PF after resigning,You are needed to receive form 10C & form 19 from the employee.
On receipt the forms you must forward the copy to concerned (EPF Office). No such age limit for withdrawal of P.F.

There is no such limit. minimum age and max. age is only the criterion. Only age is counted on retirement, Death, you can simply transfer Balance to your next employer's enrollment by simple application - mention P.F. Index Number. for other reasons, Pl. see Central Govt. P.F. Rules - Booklet. or apply on the specific form for withdrawal of P.F. However you have not mentioned where you were working.
