If i ask my colleagues or HR about the appraisal/confirmation process, or ask if some other employee has been confirmed or not, will it be considered a breach of integrity??
Can the HR issue me a Warning Letter on the same grounds??

To be ethial you should not ask like that the HR may first enquire about this problem and after its been confirmed he may issue a warning by word of mouth or he may aslo have power to issue you a warning letter also so dont do it.
As an employee, don’t i have the ryts to inquire abt a procedure regarding my growth?? Yes, it might b critical incase i ask about other employees. what do the HR Gurus have to say??
