Medical insurance deducted but company has not provided the medical insurance
My company has informed that i am eligible for a medical insurance and rs. 2500 per annum is added to my ctc in the appointment letter but my company has not provided the medical insurance also in my payslip i am not able to see any component called medical insurance amount but in my special allowance 208 is added my company is claiming that we have paid your medical insurance amount so we are not liable for your medical expenses. how to get my medical expenses from my company. can i sue against the company??
Can we do away with esic if group medical insurance is in place
Hi friends we are small design engineering company. have a query esic is mandatory for people whose salary wages is upto rs. 15000/. so we as a company have enrolled everyone in the group medical insurance from united india insurance. so we end up paying for the esic employee contribution 1.75 and employer 4.25 thats about 6 and also the group medical insurance. can we do away with the is there anyway we can opt out of

Dear all my query is related to medical allowance. situation is as follow: employees getting rs.15000 or less are covered under company does not have any tie up with medical insurance/group insurance company. now what if medical allowance is mentioned in total gross of employee s salary say rs. 1250/. what will be the impact on employer in case employee meets with an accident or falls sick and only medical allowance is given to him rs. 1250/ not covered under any medical insurance policy? in case esic is not applicable is medical insurance mandatory in that condition? pl give your valuable comments on this. waiting for your answers now
