Dear Rohan
Even I dont understand what employer want in an employee. There are lots of people who are talented, intelligent & do hard work & have experience also, but could not be able to clear the interview bcoz employer say you are not open enough. what is this? how can they judge ability, skills and talent of an individual in an five minutes interview.
Experts please let us know? & Rohan in your case only employer know the answer.
wait for the answers of experts.

ok for both of you here is a simple thing i would like you both to understand.

The reply to first question is that...Indeed u might have 9 months of exp, they might be looking for stability, i.e people who are more stable in their jobs..nobody want you to work for just 9 months and look for other opportunity.

Sometimes, you may have not that skills, the employer is expecting. however there are faulty things form employer too..But im not too harsh. i think for rohan, the first guy, when you asked us the question, i looked into your writing skills...use of grammar etc...etc..im not sure that how you got that 9 months exp.im not harsh again im tellling you... no hard feelings.. And you are expecting a job change.

Also the first question say an employer asks you Whats the reason for a job change, I'm sure definitely you would have complained about your previous employer, ( Although this is my guess).

Lets see what other HRPROs will reply..

anyways I'm open to learn form others also, and from you also...

Finally to relish and just inspire you for doing your normal chores here is the quote.

Hi Rohan,
I have certain supporting statements that why you have been rejected, these are some the possibilities that i found out.
1.First of all as mentioned by ajay above the written communication of yours has lots of grammatical mistake (Eg use of past and present tense)
2.Also for a tele calling the way of presenting your self or the company you represent is very important the way that you speak in the first few seconds determine the duration of the call ,ppl can understand you (either to continue listening you or to disconnect the call).
3.You should have a good command on your communication.
Develope yourself in all these aspects soon you will have a better career.
Hope i have not mentioned any thing wrong.
