Hi
It's a statistic characterizing of human populations or segments of human populations broken down by age or sex or income etc.
demographic segments for employees in organization may be distributed on the basis of – ethnicity, age, education, geography, etc.
After the compilation of these data you can even do different kind of analysis as per your requirements.
Plz let me knw if we can share more stuff on this
that il be great

Hi dear
Is it some project you are working on??
As per my understanding it is a bit research based project as you said you are doing study where in you should know what was the reason behind the employees who left?? Are there employees who have submitted their resignation and what is the reason behind the same?? and even you should have the reasons behind the employees who are staying back that means who are still willing to work..
after you get the questioner filled then we have number of ways of comparing the data with us, but this again depends upon ur requirment..
Its very Important for us to be clear about the Motive behind Comparison
Why and What are we comparing??
What kind of results do we need?? in numbers or subjective??
All this you know dear..
if you wish you can reach me at

Hello
Its simple ya generally the demographic factors will depicts about an employee's personal information such as age, gender, qualification, salary, designation etc. these things are compared with the questions which we framed in our questionnaire and based upon the responses we will give the result. For Eg if we are conducting a research on the topic of Performance appraisal we will be comparing the age factor with performance appraisal method that has been deployed in the particular organization so diferent cadre of aged people will give feedback in different form so that we are able to get an idea that is there any bias in the present appraisal system or not? like this we can conduct the analysis by comparing both the questionnaire and the demographic factors. Are you clear or still having any doubts? if you are having means feel free to caontact me in my mail id k.

Dear...

It is your economic background, ie...did you come from poor roots, middle class, or upper class. only in addition to how much money your grandparents and parents may or may not have had, it takes into account social (society) reasons as to why your economic background is such...so for example, not to imply they are any worse off as a family, but a poor family coming from the inner city has slightly different reasons as to why they are poor compared to a poor family in the mountains in Virginia. Both are considered poor...face a lot of the same problems, but technically when the reasons are broken down, it can be seen they are 'poor' for different reasons. Same can be said at the other end of the spectrum...growing up were you middle or upper class in a nice neighborhood going to good schools? Was it your family that had money, or were you raised modest with good work ethic and the drive to make your own millions...old money versus new money. These things impact and are impacted by your social surroundings.

ram
