Please specify if you are looking for a Draft Agreement Copy between Employer and Contractor (Service Provider) or any other thing. If you are looking for entering into an agreement with the Contractor (who is providing any specialised services such as Housekeeping/Security etc) you need to specify in the Agreement "the work expected" from the Contractor. You should avoid reference of any manpower deployment or staffing in the Agreement. Even the contractual fees should be mentioned for the work (do not use manpower cost in the Agreement)
