Hi Jepy,

I am not offending anyone's views here but I may sound different from all the others who liked this article.

After reading this article the only thought that came to my mind was... " A person sitting on such a high designation can only write such an article".

Employees change their job bcoz they think they are worth of getting a raise in salary and new challenges in further companies. And who doesnt want these two things.

It is also written, that "No company recruits for charity". But this is also true, that no employee works for charity.

It is also mentioned that we dont come to office for being happy or unhappy. But has anyone thought, why in some companies employees are satisfied and in some emploees are unsatisfied. Has anyone given a thought what are the factors which affect an employees' performance in his work.

Some people are lucky whose hard work is recognised, but what abt those who are the victims of non recognition, office politics, superiors' politics.

I would request you all to give it a thought on this for a discussion.

Regards,

Purnima

I wont support it. This is looking from one side of the coin only. There are many reasons too, for leaving a company. Monetary benefits are important for some and for some carrier growth . If the company in which you are working is not growing ( every company is not TATA) will any one continue there ?
This may be applicable for persons working in TATA concerns but how many concerns are there in India like TATAs.
