Ok here's the deal. One of my employee saw a ghost in the rest room. This is the first time I encounter this kind of situation. As for me, because we're on graveyard shift, I dont want to find out or know even it is not true to my employees about that situation. Because will affect their performance and frightened to go to the rest room. I already told to my employee (who saw the ghost) to not tell to anybody.
Any additional advises for me? Thank you.
Sincerely,

Hello Rick,
Great man. I wanted to see the ghost, I could never see it any time. Ask your female employee how does it look like? BTW was it male or female ghost?
Ok humour apart, you may think of inter-changing male and female rest rooms!

@Dinesh
An interviewed has done earlier, i asked her, what she looks like, her color, when did she met her, how she make her happy, she also told me she has ghost guardian (female red dwarf). She helps her to communicate with ghost. She told me that there was a female ghost in the rest room. weew. What else can i do? This is the first time i encounter this problem. Should I transfer her in day shift? I dont want my employee to get frightened to her. Even if it is not true. It will really affect the performance of my employees.

Greetings,
A fear that can fuel grapevine needs to be dealt with caution. Any repressive action will trigger very strong feelings among the employees. Hence suggest you the following:
Listen to her words and show sincerity. Even if you do not believe in such things, please don’t show your true reactions.
Tell her, you are taking corrective actions to ensure everyone would be safe. Make sure you have her confidence.
Hire a lady janitor for the night shift. This would take care of all such rumours.
Make sure you keep a straight face throughout the event. Remain completely neutral to the incident.
Hope it helps.
