Hello all please clarify my doubt below.i have a pf component separately mentioned in my offer letterbut i feel that this amount is deducted in my salary component itself.how can i identify this whether it is deducted from my salary component or not.i have given an example of package details as given below. basic:220000 fbp:388544 base sal:608544 pf:12:26400 grat:10582 total fixed pay:645526 since the pf component is shown separately here how will be the deduction calculated?please advise regards karthik

Dear seniors we are recruiting a person in our company on ceo position..in his present company he is getting 12 in his salary structure. i wanted to know what is that component as we dont have this component in our salary structure. please let me know is it neccessary for a company to give that component we also dont have gratutiy component in our salary system. and we are in process to register our company under pf. please update me on the above its very urgent. thanking you with regards yogitta
Applicability of pf on a component of salary other than basic
Sir in our company we are making pf payment on a component of wrokers payslip called as " paid holiday allowance".. this paid holiday allowance is paid to workers who are attending duty on public holiday declared under act like"august 15 / vijaya dasami/deepawali". is it necessary to make employer contribution of pf on such component under act.

Need urgent advice :can employer add their pf contribution share to my ctc || salary breakup advice
Hi all please i need urgent advice i recently got an offer i saw salary breakup and i found it weird company is adding companies contribution to pf component in my ctc i have offered 7.7 lakh package but the breakup seems they are offering me 7.18 lakh package per annum and rest amount is distributed in additional components my question is is it allowed to add companies contribution to pf component to ctc or company hr is playing smart with me by adding this component to ctc just to increase my annual ctc to 7.7 ??? and another question is if it is allowed to add this component then out of my monthly salary there will be cutting of both my share employer s share from my salary ???? 2 times pf will get deducted from my monthly salary ??? what will be exact in hand amount ?? please check attachment salary breakup is attached. please give me suggestion asap i need to decide whether to accept offer or not.
