Pls Someone Help me to differentiate the date of leaving and date of resignation

Hi Ashish,
Date of Resignation the date wen Associte Resigns & on the basis of his Resignation acceptance by his/her Manager Last working day has been finalize & Communicated to HR opertion team that is called date of leaving.
I hope it answered your Question.!!

Date of resignation- the date on which the employee gives resignation. Date of leaving- the date on which the employee leaves the organisation.

Date of resignation is the date you put your resignation.
Date of leaving will be your last working day with the company. This could be extended or reduced based on your roles and responsibility.

Date of Resignation:- The day you give your resignation Date of Leaving:- The day you leave after serving your notice period , if required .or your last working day in the organisation

  • The date on which employee submits his/her formal resignation is the 'Date of Resignation'.
  • After submission of resignation, employee remains in the services of organization till he is formally relieved. Last date of working in a organization will be 'Leaving Date' or 'Relieving Date', which will be mentioned in service certificate.

Date of resignation generally specify that day when u have submitted your resignation letter, however after submitting your letter you have to serve notice period (mandatory in most cases)
On completion of your notice period, the last working day is considered as your date of leaving.
